Jakie oprogramowanie do RT-N66U

Witam

Na wstępie życzę wszystkim jeszcze Wesołych Świąt.

Mam kilka pytań odnośnie w/w routera.

Chciałbym zapytać jakie oprogramowanie wgrać aby korzystać z downloadera http i czy jest możliwość postawienia serwera na dysku zewnętrznym coś jak shell na linuksie.

Nie wydaje mi się to dobrym pomyłem, zważywszy na to, że jednak  ruter to nadal słabe możliwości. Wystarczy poczytać o obciążeniu jakie dają takie aplikacje, a co wtedy z NAT`owaniem pozostałego ruchu do klientów ?  :)

Moim zdaniem na serwer i downloader sprawdzi się idealnie jakiś niedrogi ITX. Osobiście używam takiego rozwiązania, na ITX postawiony serwer i odpowiednie usługi.

 

No chyba że się upierasz, to wtedy dobrze zadziała Merlin lub Tomato (oba mają odpowiednie klienty sieciowe p2p, ftp, iClud-tylko Merlin)

W fabrycznym FW jest download manager, w tomato pyload, wiec i tu i tu uzyskasz to co zamierzasz. Dopóki będą ta jedynie pobrania http / ftp do da radę. Jeśli jednak chcesz pobierać torrenty to router średnio się do tego nadaje. Oczywiście będzie działać ale nie będzie to ani efektywne ani wygodne. O jakim serwerze shell mówisz? Konsola przez www? Tak, po instalacji optware istnieje taka możliwość.

mi to "pachnie" rtorrentem :p  więc nie będzie to nic, z małym obciążeniem dal rutera

linuxa jako takiego nie ale instalując download manager instaluje się

instalując download manager instaluje się optware dzięki któremu masz możliwość instalacji dodatkowych pakietów oprogramowania

masz wtedy do dyspozycji pakiety jak w normalnej dystrybucji, tyle że nie wszystkie :-)  Oczywiście bez znaczenia czy będziesz używał Merlina czy Tomato-da się to zrobić.

Chodziło rozumiem o to.

Ale i tak dla mnie to zbyt wiele nie mówi, bo jestem zwykłym zjadaczem chleba. Sieć to jest dość skomplikowana sprawa, bo nigdy się nie bawiłem. Kiedyś chciałem przesłać przez ftp i za nic nie mogłem skonfigurować na routerze.

Chciałbym wysyłać na serwer przez http lub ftp gdy komp jest wyłączony, ale czy da radę? Może ktoś napisze jak by to zrobić.

w menu router'a z lewej strony wybierasz Aplikacja USB - następnie Servers Center - zakładka Udostępnianie FTP.

Po podłączeniu dysku do portu USB jeśli będzie widoczny możesz ustawić folder do FTP oraz konto na które będziesz się logował. przekierowanie portu 21 ustawi się samo.

dzwoniłem do nich, ale mają przeprowadzkę do innej siedziby i kazali napisać mi e-maila  to odpowiedzą po 13 stycznia. Co ciekawe powiedział koleś że zmiana IP na publiczne jest płatna. Pytam się ile to powiedział że jak napiszę e-maila to mi wtedy odpowiedzą.

Rżną kasę na wszystkim na czym się da. :lol:

      Witam,
      posiadam router ASUS RT-AC68U, firmware Merlin 380.68_4 i światłowód 600 Mbit/s.
      Przy podłączeniu kabla WAN bezpośrednio do karty sieciowej uzyskuję gwarantowaną prędkość.
      W momencie poprowadzenie sieci przez router, maksymalne osiągi oscylują w granicach 500 Mbit/s.
      CPU Core 1 osiąga 100%, Core 2 jest prawie nie używany.
      QoS, Bandwitch Monitor, Air Control i inne dodatki są off.  W zakładce info WAN i Lan 1 Gbps.
      Próbowałem różne ustawienia w zakłade Switch Control (Enable Jumbo Frame, Spanning-Tree Protocol, NAT Acceleration ON/OFF) ale to nic nie pomaga.
       
      Udało mi się znaleźć informacje, że niektórzy na tym routerze wyciągają prędkości > 900 Mbit/s.
      Proszę  pomoc, lub sugestie co jeszcze mógł bym sprawdzić aby w pełni wykorzystać możliwości ISP.

      Witajcie Koledzy,
      Stanowisko Supportu Asus Polska na dziś 22.05.2014 jest takie, że aktualne oprogramowanie RT-AC68u nie wspiera żadnego modemu działającego o transmisję LTE.
      Tak się jednak składa, że przynajmniej jeden modem LTE działa i to bardzo sprawnie. Dlatego chciałbym w tym temacie zachęcić użytkowników, którym udało się odpalić LTE na wspomnianym routerze do podzielenia się informacją na temat modelu modemu oraz wersji oprogramowania routera.
      Z pewnością te dane ułatwią poszukującym informacji skompletowanie działającego zestawu.
      Na pierwszy ogień przetestowany przeze mnie oraz użytkownika @The Dino modem Huawei:

      § 1. Konkurs
      Konkurs, o którym mowa w niniejszym regulaminie (zwany dalej „Konkursem”) jest skierowany do osób fizycznych, będących użytkownikami serwisu Openitforum.pl w rozumieniu art. 22 ustawy kodeks cywilny (Dz. U. z 1964 r. Nr 16 poz. 93 z późn. zm.), zwanych dalej „Uczestnikami”. § 2. Organizator Konkursu
      Organizatorem Konkursu jest forum internetowe Openitforum.pl, zwane dalej „Organizatorem”. Fundatorem nagrody w konkursie jest firma ASUS.Polska Przed wzięciem udziału w Konkursie każdy Uczestnik powinien zapoznać się z Regulaminem. Udział w Konkursie będzie równoznaczny z akceptacją niniejszego Regulaminu. Regulamin Konkursu jest dostępny na stronie internetowej Organizatora Konkursu pod adresem : LINK § 3. Zasady konkursu
      Konkurs odbywa się na forum OpenITForum.pl (dalej: „Konkurs”). Konkurs skierowany jest do osób fizycznych, które w dniu jego rozpoczęcia ukończyły 18 lat i posiadają pełną zdolność do czynności prawnych. W Konkursie nie mogą brać udziału członkowie grup Administratorzy, Moderatorzy oraz VIP forum Organizatora oraz osoby współpracujące z tym podmiotem w sposób stały, a także członkowie najbliższych rodzin wymienionych grup i Administratora forum, tj. wstępni, zstępni, rodzeństwo, małżonkowie, rodzice małżonków i osoby pozostające z nimi w stosunku przysposobienia. W czasie konkursu uczestnicy wykonują zadanie polegające na przygotowaniu poradnika konfiguracji dowolnie wybranej funkcji routerów firmy ASUS. Projekt powinien przybliżyć czytelnikom sposób wykonania ustawień wybranej funkcjonalności, tak aby można było go traktować jako "poradnik konfiguracji". Praca może zawierać rymowanki, obrazki bądź suchy techniczny język - forma dowolna - najważniejszym jest aby umożliwiła niedoświadczonemu użytkownikowi poprawne jej ustawienie i aktywowanie. Nadsyłając prace konkursowe i akceptując Regulamin Konkursu, Uczestnik Konkursu jednocześnie oświadcza, że: posiada pełnię praw autorskich i pokrewnych do zgłoszonej pracy, oraz że tym samym wyraża zgodę na jej publikację w Internecie i publiczne udostępnienie na forum internetowym Openitforum.pl oraz w specjalnym dziale portalu : ASUS - poradniki; udziela niewyłącznej zgody na użytkowanie pracy przez Organizatora na następujących polach eksploatacji: zwielokrotniania, utrwalania, sporządzania cyfrowego zapisu udostępnionego materiału, wprowadzania materiału do pamięci komputera, wprowadzania materiału do własnych baz danych, bądź w postaci oryginalnej bądź w postaci fragmentów, w zakresie rozpowszechniania materiału w sposób inny niż określony powyżej - publiczne wykonanie, wystawienie, wyświetlenie, odtworzenie oraz nadawanie i reemitowanie, a także publiczne udostępnianie materiału w taki sposób, aby każdy mógł mieć do niego dostęp w miejscu i w czasie przez siebie wybranym, w szczególności za pośrednictwem Internetu lub innych sieci komputerowych, sieci telefonii komórkowych oraz w jakikolwiek inny sposób, w tym przy pomocy przekazu telekomunikacyjnego. Każdy użytkownik może wysłać nieograniczoną ilość zgłoszeń - w przypadku przesłania kilku prac pod uwagę będzie brana ogólna zawartość merytoryczna.       Zgłoszenie konkursowe odbywa się poprzez przesłanie odpowiedzi na specjalne konto forum @OpenITbot w formie Prywatnej Wiadomości  oznaczając tytuł wiadomości podpisem "[Konkurs]" Nagrodą w konkursie jest dwupasmowy,bezprzewodowy router gigabitowy AC2400 : ASUS RT-AC87U § 4. Rozstrzygnięcie konkursu i zasady przyznawania nagród
      Spośród wszystkich nadesłanych prac Administrator Forum (@house) wybierze jednego zwycięzcę jako autora najciekawszej wiadomości. Ocena dokonywana przez Administratora Forum w kontekście przydzielania nagród będzie całkowicie subiektywna. Wyłonienie laureata przez Administratora Forum nastąpi w dniu 30 listopada 2014 r. do godziny 19.00. Uczestnik, którzy wygra nagrodę zostanie poinformowany przez Administratora Forum poprzez wiadomość @ oraz umieszczenie jednoznacznej informacji w wydarzeniu w kalendarzu związanym z konkursem. http://openitforum.pl/calendar/event/1168-/
      W przypadku, gdy zdobywcą Nagrody będzie jakakolwiek osoba, która nie spełnia warunków wskazanych w niniejszym Regulaminie, osoba taka traci prawa do nagrody a wygrana zostanie przyznana kolejnej osobie wybranej przez Administratora Forum. Organizator oświadcza, że nagrody są zwolnione z podatku dochodowego od osób fizycznych na zasadzie art. 21 ust. 1 pkt. 68 ustawy z dnia 26 lipca 1991 r. o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych. Nagroda w Konkursie nie podlega wymianie na inne nagrody oraz na ekwiwalent pieniężny. Nagroda zostanie przesłana przez Organizatora bezpłatnie. Fundator nagrody zapewnia ochronę gwarancyjną i pełne wsparcie produktu dla laureata (produkt jest NOWY i FABRYCZNIE zapakowany). W konkursie przewidzieliśmy nagrody niespodzianki dla 6 osób wyróżniających się na tle innych uczestników §5. Dane osobowe
      Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celach związanych z Konkursem, to jest jego organizacją i przeprowadzeniem. Po zakończeniu konkursu wszystkie dane uczestników zostaną ukryte. Podanie przez uczestników konkursu danych osobowych ma charakter dobrowolny. Uczestnikom przysługuje prawo wglądu w ich dane osobowe, prawo ich poprawiania, prawo żądania usunięcia tych danych, a także prawo zgłoszenia sprzeciwu co do ich przetwarzania. §6. Reklamacje
      Wszelkie reklamacje czy uwagi dotyczące sposobu przeprowadzenia konkursu lub jego organizacji Uczestnicy mogą zgłaszać publikując temat w odpowiednim dziale na forum : Propozycje, uwagi, opinie. Wszelkie reklamacje, czy uwagi zgłoszone przez Uczestników w sposób określony w punkcie poprzedzającym będą rozwiązywane i rozstrzygane przez Organizatora w terminie 3 dni od daty ich publikacji. §7. Postanowienia końcowe
      Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za treść komentarzy dodawanych przez Uczestników. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu w postaci przedłużenia czasu trwania Konkursu. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne problemy techniczne, mające wpływ na wypełnienie warunków uczestnictwa w Konkursie. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieprawidłowe dane podane przez Uczestnika, w szczególności za zmianę danych osobowych uniemożliwiającą odszukanie Uczestnika, któremu przyznano nagrodę. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieprawidłowości wynikające z wadliwości działania łączy internetowych, funkcjonowanie sieci lub systemu Uczestnika Konkursu. W sprawach nieuregulowanych w niniejszym regulaminie zastosowanie będą miały przepisy prawa polskiego. POWODZENIA !!!
